The BIP Ventures Evergreen BDC (the “BDC”) is a multi-stage investment vehicle focused on equity investments in promising privately held companies. With participation open to all Accredited Investors, the BDC is structured to reduce the frictions of private market investing, opening access for investors and founders to participate in the Innovation Economy. The BDC is always open to investors, with new share issuances occurring at the end of every quarter. The BDC also has a low investor minimum ($10,000), and starting in 2026, an annual liquidity window where investors can request to sell some or all of the shares they own.
